School Life is rich and varied at Wellsprings Primary school with a timetable which allows each child to enjoy a wide range of subjects. During their time at the school they make full use of the school’s excellent classroom and recreational facilities. As pupils progress through the school, they are taught by specialist teachers in subjects such as Maths, English, Science and the Humanities.
The experience-based approach to learning begins the moment your child enters our Reception Class, continuing until the day they leave to go on to the secondary school of their choice at the end of Year 6.
The curriculum falls into 3 stages:
- The Early Years Foundation Stage: Nursery and Reception.
- Key Stage One : Year 1 and Year 2.
- Key Stage Two: Years 3-6.
The variety of subjects taught at Wellsprings, and the engaging manner in which they are taught, ensures that children’s memories of the classrooms at Wellsprings are happy and rewarding ones.
